Atlantic Coast Asc Holding Company Inc. is a dedicated organization committed to supporting the health care mission of the South Broward Hospital District. As a key part of the Florida Community Health Network Corp., our primary objective is to enhance the delivery of health care services and address the health needs of the district's residents.

Our organization plays a vital role in structuring relationships, ventures, and other activities that further the health care objectives of our parent organizations, Florida Community Health Network Corp. and Memorial Foundation, Inc. We achieve this by being responsive to the evolving health care needs of the community, ensuring that quality health care services are accessible and effectively delivered to those who need them most.

Established in 2014, Atlantic Coast Asc Holding Company Inc. has since been the sole member or controller of various subsidiary entities, each dedicated to participating in exempt activities aligned with our mission. Under the leadership of our Principal Officer, Paul Sallwasser, we continue to uphold our commitment to the well-being of the South Broward community through strategic partnerships and focused initiatives.

To serve the objectives and purposes of its parent, Florida Community Health Network Corp., in supporting its parent, Memorial Foundation, Inc in its mission of supporting and benefiting the South Broward Hospital District and its residents through the structuring of relationships, ventures and other activities, in furtherance of the health care mission of the district, by enhancing the delivery of health care services and being responsive to the health needs of the residents of the district.

The organization will be the sole member of or otherwise control separate single purpose subsidiary exempt entities who will be the participants or partners in qualifying exempt related activities.
